Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager , your mission is to drive sustainable, profitable growth of the Edwards, in line with Customer Center and Divisional objectives.

The successful candidate will develop a clear and cohesive strategy to maintain a leadership position within the EMEA market and will have KPI responsibility to grow revenue, UGP, Market Contribution, NWC and Market Share

You will

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that promote all semiconductor products under the Edwards brand to build and reinforce our solution and profitability.
  • Develop and own customers Account Plan strategy, including “virtual fab” when applicable, to maximise opportunity in Germany.  Clearly identify plan of action and milestones
  • Orchestrates all account support resources to drive the plan of action (matrix organization - Technology, Availability, Project Management, NPI) in alignment with their Divisional and Product Company reporting lines

You have 5 years of experience, working in a strategical and conceptual capabilities to lead and develop a regional business and proven track record of delivering results in sales and marketing and sound commercial awareness

  • Result-driven, radiant personality with capability to give enthusiasm to a matrix organization
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner through a variety of media.
  • Able to apply conceptual and analytical thinking, using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques, to the successful development and deployment of marketing plans.
  • Able to demonstrate evidence of effective project management with consistent achievement of on time, on target deliver

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Edwards office in Dresden, Germany.
