Edwards earns continued recognition in the TechInsights 2025 survey

We are delighted to announce that we have been voted number one in the ‘Global Semiconductor Supplier Award – WFE Subsystems’ category again and have risen to number two in the ‘Top 10 Customer Service – Large’ category, in TechInsights’ 2025 global semiconductor industry customer satisfaction survey.
TechInsights is the information platform for the semiconductor industry.
This significant industry-wide survey is conducted by TechInsights on an annual basis, with participants being asked to rate equipment suppliers based on three key factors: supplier performance, customer service and product performance. The survey allows us to get a real insight into what our customers think about working and interacting with Edwards. This year over 28,000 responses were received worldwide representing more than 46% of the chip market, and 66% of subsystem customers.
