Edwards delivers 250,000th STP Turbomolecular Pump

We are proud to announce a major milestone in Edwards’ history: the delivery of our 250,000th STP turbomolecular pump.
To commemorate this achievement, the milestone unit was hand-delivered in Japan with the cooperation of Hitachi High-Tech. Their support helped make the moment even more meaningful, and we are pleased to have shared this occasion with them.
The STP series has continued to evolve over the years, delivering high performance, reliability, and precision across a range of demanding applications in the semiconductor industry and beyond. This 250,000th unit reflects decades of ongoing innovation, engineering expertise, and commitment to supporting our customers' needs.
