The Predict service plan includes the parts and labour for standard maintenance on a predictive maintenance schedule. This complete predictive maintenance programme is based on data analytics models developed collaboratively with your Edwards Service team. These models can forecast specific fault modes to determine the most appropriate proactive actions, all before the fault occurs. This, combined with our Operational Excellence model and domain expertise, reduces the risk and uncertainty of unplanned downtime.
The Predict service plan is ideal for mission-critical processes or if you want to optimise your facility to reach your Fab performance goals.
Commit provides the benefits of the Predict service plan, and adds a level of guaranteed performance. The objectives and costs of this plan are agreed in advance, and customers can rely on those specific guaranteed outcomes. Commit is ideal for customers who want to make sure their operations are on track to achieve their performance goals.
Utilise provides the benefits of the Commit service plan, but as a pay-per-usage package. Vacuum and abatement equipment and service are provided under a subscription — subscribing to this plan removes the capital investment of buying equipment. This plan uses our predictive maintenance model to ensure machine uptime. Perfect for customers with an ageing fleet who are not looking to invest in new equipment. We provide committed vacuum availability, so customers can focus on core production activities.
