HR Generalist (166355)

As a HR Generalist, your mission is to perform a mixed HR duties includeing recruitment and employee relations . You will report to Sr. HR Generalist.

You will

• Oversee and enhance the recruitment process by sourcing qualified candidates, evaluating applicants, and conducting thorough interviews.
• Take responsibility for managing employee relations tasks, and implement and support activities, events, and projects throughout the organization.
• Be responsible for local HR Administration tasks.

You have 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role.

• Bachelors' degree or above in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in employee relations.
• Good English proficiency both in writing and speaking.
• Good command of MS office packages.
• Up to date knowledge of appropriate employment legislation and local labor law.
• Ability to deal with conflict – communication, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills

On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Hsinchu, Taiwan (TW). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
