Quality Manager (CC Japan)

As the Quality Manager at Edwards Japan - CC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality within our Vacuum Technique business area. Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will oversee and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality processes while leading a dedicated team within the Edwards Japan - CC Customer Center.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality management systems tailored to meet regulatory and customer expectations.
• Coordinating cross-functional audits, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Leading training programs to elevate quality awareness and competence among team members and stakeholders.
• Representing the business in customer quality discussions and regulatory inspections, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

Through your leadership and expertise, you will be instrumental in driving a culture of excellence that supports Edwards' mission to innovate and deliver reliable vacuum technology solutions.

To thrive in this role, you bring 5 to 8 years of experience in quality management within technical or manufacturing environments, preferably in vacuum or related industries.

• Demonstrated expertise in quality systems such as ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and team leadership.
