    Facility Highlights

Our new dry pump manufacturing facility in Genesee County, New York is complete, and we’re entering the final stretch toward opening our doors.

As we prepare for the grand opening this November, the site is coming to life and we are actively hiring to build the workforce that will support this Product Company.

More than a manufacturing site, this facility is a long‑term investment in advanced technology, sustainability, and the growth of high‑tech jobs in the region. Purpose‑built to support innovation, it also plays a key role in strengthening the local workforce ecosystem and creating new career opportunities in Genesee County.

    Facility Status

The Genesee County facility has successfully moved from construction into final readiness and operational setup.

Following the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy received in mid‑January and Substantial Completion shortly thereafter, teams moved into the building in early February. Since then, focus has shifted to finishing activities and preparing the facility for full use.

Inside, the space has continued to take shape. Office furniture and kitchen equipment are installed, branding elements including signage and wall graphics are in place, and all major production equipment is fully installed. Utility connections and system validations have progressed steadily across the facility.

With commissioning complete and teams actively working onsite, the facility is now positioned for its official opening later this year.

    Genesee Goes Airborne

A major milestone in the development of the Genesee facility was achieved with the successful helicopter-assisted installation of critical rooftop infrastructure. Utilizing aerial lift operations, heavy mechanical systems were precisely positioned enabling efficient deployment in areas inaccessible by ground-based cranes. This approach not only improved installation efficiency and safety but also minimized disruption to the surrounding site and community.
