As a CNC Machinist III, your mission is to be a highly skilled professional responsible for advanced machining operations, mentoring others, and contributing to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires leadership, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will report to the Team Leader.
You will
• Expertly operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across various part families.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues.
• Champion 6S workplace practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise.
• Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer.
• Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups as needed.

You have 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
