Your future job

Your role

As a CNC Machinist II, your mission is to operate a variety of CNC machines independently, troubleshoot common issues, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires sound judgment, intermediate technical skills, and active engagement in problem-solving. You will report to the Team Leader.

You will

•    Independently operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines with minimal supervision.
•    Consistently follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements.
•    Identify and report process inefficiencies or equipment issues.
•    Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization (6S) in assigned work areas.
•    Provide feedback to engineers and team leads on recurring issues and potential improvements.
•    Assist in mentoring and training Tier 1 machinists.
•    Accurately interpret blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and make basic offsets or adjustments.

To succeed, you will need

You have 4–8 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.

•    Proven ability to operate multiple machine types efficiently.
•    Understanding of basic G-code and M-code commands.
•    Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
