Testing Engineer

Your Role

•    Complete Dry System Package Testing.
•    P&ID Verification & Final Dimension Inspection.
•    Testing Documentation & MRB Preparation of Dry System.
•    Plant testing Instrument Calibration.
•    Technical Service Support at Site.
•    PLC, JB, VFD, PDB, Motors Panel Inspection & Documents review.
•    Inwards Inspection of Electrical & Instrumentation parts.
•    Prepare Quality Dossier for Dry systems.

 
To succeed, you will need  

•     BE (Electrical) or equivalent bachelor’s degree.
•     Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality & Testing Engineer.
•    Experience in Electrical Wiring, Instrumentation and panel.
•    Instrument calibration. 
•    P&ID Verification knowledge at the final assembly stage.
•    Knowledge of Control logic.Better understanding and functionality knowledge of Instruments such as Temperature transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Flow switches/transmitters,        Level switches/transmitters etc.

•    Should have knowledge of Motors (Type test, routine test etc), Control Panels, Control Valves & On-Off valves.

•    Should be able to read P&ID, GA drawings and Electrical Drawings.
•    Should be familiar with PLC, HMI, VFD, PID.
•    Should have knowledge of Instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Flow Transmitters) calibration.
•    Should be able to perform FAT/SAT, 
•    Should have knowledge of Loop checking of Junction Box.
•    Should have able to review Instruments certificates as per datasheets
•    Preparation of Quality Dossier for dry vacuum package inspection and test plan (ITP).
•    Inward Material Inspection of electricals/mechanical parts.
•    Basic knowledge of ASME Standards on pipe, flange, fittings etc.
•    Root cause analysis and corrective action
