T-Station Turbomolecular Pumping Stations
Low cost, compact turbomolecular pumping stations
Our range of T-Station pumping systems combines a turbomolecular pump, a choice of backing pumps, and a simple controller, delivering pumping speeds of 47 to 300 I/s, ready-to-pump straight from the box.
Why is the T-Station an ideal solution?

- Base plate includes rubber feet and cut-outs in the sides for manual handling giving a compact low profile but stable design that can't be knocked over.

- A range of backing pumps; choose from the latest oil-free scroll mXDS3s pump (with double the pumping speed, improved ultimate pressure, and inlet valve), also available are the XDD1 dry diaphragm pump or E2M1.5 oil sealed pump.
- Quiet operation avoiding multiple fans: integrated air cooler acts to cool internal power supply and pump/controller.
- Single dedicated button to start and stop.
- Easy to read accurate display.
- Ability to select vent mode: where a TAV5 vent valve is fitted for automated venting with no user intervention.
- Available with either an NW40, ISO63 or CF63 inlet flange to suit your application.
- User serviceable: nEXT85H turbomolecular pump.
The T-Station 85
The T-Station 85 is our entry level pumping station. A great choice for academia, laboratories, and smaller scale research. Versatile, compact, and reliable, the T-Station 85 is designed to deliver uncomplicated vacuum functionality at the touch of a button.
- The nEXT85H turbomolecular pump delivering pumping speeds up to 85 I/s
- Backing pump options:
- The mXDS3s clean, oil-free dry scroll pump with pumping speeds of 3 m3/hr, and ultimate vacuum of 0.1 mbar. Additionally it comes with a fitted inlet valve to protect the pump in the event of a power failure, and an exhaust filter making this varient fit the most compact model of our range.
- A XDD1 dry diaphragm pump with pumping speeds of 1.2 m3/hr
- An E2M1.5 oil sealed pump with pumping speeds of 1.6 m3/hr
The T-Station 300
The T-Station 300 is our higher capacity option with a more powerful turbomolecular pump, ideal for small-mid range applications. This pumping station still offers the same level of flexibility and reliable performance but addresses activities that require the higher pumping ranges.
- The nEXT300H turbomolecular pump delivering pumping speeds up to 300 l/s.
- Backing pump options:
