The EXDM system is a modular package for recycling and processing plastics. Select the manual or automatic control option for your new or existing installation for flawless performance and higher throughput. With Edwards’ trusted EDC dry claw vacuum pumps at its heart, the EXDM system is designed to tolerate a number of starts and stops without affecting the pump performance or your process.
The EXDM system easily integrates into your existing system. With easy logic manual and intelligent automatic control options available, the system is robust with customisable filtration and control options.
The proven Edwards dry technology gives you an added advantage. Equipped with a stainless steel claw mechanism and a coated inner chamber housing, the EXDM system does not generate waste water or oil. Your process gets the advantage of a corrosion- free operation.
You can choose between one or two filters that capture the solids and liquids from the process flow to ensure that the pump runs efficiently. The built-in solvent flush dissolves and removes any condensable build-up.
If your process needs higher capacities or further systemisation that is specific to your process, we are able to offer customised modules and accessories built as per your specifications. This may include multiple pump systems, customised filtration systems and integrated automatic controls.
