Turbomolecular Pumping Stations

Turbomolecular Pumping Stations

Edwards T-Station 85 and TIC turbomolecular pumping stations

Edwards range of turbomolecular pumping stations has been developed to provide a comprehensive vacuum solution with the latest technological advances for easy installation and operation.

Edwards T-Station 85 pumping station

T-Station 85 pumping stations

The T-Station 85 seamlessly combines an nEXT85H turbomolecular pump with either a dry diaphragm pump or oil sealed backing pump and a simple controller, providing pumping speeds of 47 l/s to 84 l/s. The T-Station 85 comes with an integrated Turbo and Active Gauge controller which enables single button start/stop of the system, the ability to control one of our active gauges, vent valve control and delayed start of the turbomolecular pump to either time or pressure if a gauge is fitted, making the T-Station 85 ideal for general laboratory needs.

Edwards TIC turbomolecular pumping stations

TIC turbomolecular pumping stations

All Edwards turbomolecular pumping stations come with a TIC turbo and instrument controller, enabling system start/stop from the control panel and easy integration of Edwards active gauges. TIC turbomolecular pumping stations come in a range of pumping speeds from 85 l/s up to 400 l/s, a TIC controller, and a choice of either oil-sealed or dry backing pump. All our TIC turbomolecular pumping stations come with the market leading nEXT turbomolecular pumps providing proven reliability and end-user serviceability. Oil-sealed pumps come with an EMF mist filter fitted as standard and nXDS dry scroll pumps have an isolation valve fitted between the turbo pump and backing pump as standard.
