Part 2 of a 5 Part Series – The Integrated Web-shop

A significant improvement to the Edwards website was the integration of online shopping on the same page as the product information. In the past customers who wanted to place an order had to navigate to a separate website and find the product all over again. On the new edwardsvacuum.com ordering products is integrated into one site. In this edition we will show you how easy it is to place an order online.

All of the products sold by Edwards are located under the products tab in the new site.  Once you have found the product you wish to purchase simply click-on the red purchase button located in the lower right side under the product image.

After clicking on the purchase button you are taken to the following screen where you are given two options, add to cart or check availability.

The add to cart option is the most direct route to the checkout process. Here a you can add the pump and necessary quantities directly to your shopping cart and proceed to payment options.

The check availability feature allows you to see more information regarding the quantities and availability dates of the pump you wish to purchase. 

The Check availability feature will list out all of the pumps and quantities requested and the dates they are available to ship. Information regarding how many pumps are available for immediate shipment will be shown as well as future availability of the pump you are interested in purchasing should any not be ready for shipment at the time of request.
 
To order simply tick the select quantity box next to the items you want and press the add to cart button.  Your selection will be added to your cart.
