STP Turbomolecular Pumps for Solar Cell Manufacturing
Edwards XA Series turbomolecular pumps provide higher pumping speed per inlet flange size than our competition. This reduces hardware costs, minimizes footprint and enables more uniform process conditions resulting in higher yields. Additional benefits include wide process window, active monitoring of pump parameters to avoid failure during processing and zero maintenance. The iXA Series feature the same performance capabilities, but with an integrated controller eliminating the requirements for cables and a separate electrical rack.
- Applications include: PVD, evaporation chambers used for CIGS deposition, dry etch
- Demonstrated MTBF: > 20 years
- Pumping speed ranges 300 to 4500 l/s

One of the newer features of the Edwards website is the addition of the resources tab. All technical and safety information for the service of our pumps is located there along with other resources such as conversion charts and published articles. You will be able to download and print out sections of the 2008 catalog as well as download MSDS’s. |
