Edwards Confirms Technology Centre for Burgess Hill

(8th December, 2011 ) — Edwards, a leading global vacuum technology company headquartered in Sussex has confirmed plans to create a Global Technology Centre (GTC) in Burgess Hill, Sussex. It is envisaged that the Centre once completed will house more than 300 current and new employees, demonstrating the company’s commitment to investing in technology and British engineering expertise to maintain its global leadership position.
Plans for the state-of-the-art 7,000 m2 GTC have been fully approved by the local authority and construction will start during 2012.
